- Second step. After deciding the flight plan please do the next step by pressing the " Next " button, then the system will display the schedule and price of your airline choices.
- Third step. Please choose the class and price on the available choices then the system will display the price details on the bottom - right of page,like the example below.
Every airlines have its own specialty in displaying the prices. So recognize the reservation system first.
- Fourth step. Then press the " Next " button and the next step the system will display the form to input the data of passenger details, like the example of the picture below.
- Fifth step. If the fourth step has been filled correctly then please press the available button then the system will display the final confirmation data of the departing passengers, like the example of picture below.
- Sixth step. If you have reviewed the fifth process and the data is correct please press the " Next " button. On this step you have finished the transaction process of your airplane ticket reservation.
- Next step to finish the booking transaction to the issued process which is through ticketing transaction menu on your account page. Please choose the booking data which will be issued like the example of the picture below.
- The system will display the booking data which you have done before from the passenger data until the flight schedule. Please double check the data to make sure that the data is correct before you press the " issued " button, and if the booking data is correct please press the " issued" button like the example of the picture below.

Proses Booking
Apabila anda telah memiliki saldo maka selanjutnya anda dapat melakukan transaksi yaitu salah satunya reservasi tiket pesawat untuk semua maskapai domestik dan internasional. Untuk cara-caranya silahkan ikuti petunjuk gambar dibawah ini :

Langkah pertama. Masukkan rencana penerbangan dan jumlah penumpang, pilihan maskapai dan rute perjalanan.
- Langkah kedua. Setelah menentukan rencana penerbangannya silahkan ke step berikutnya dengan menekan tombol Next, maka system akan menampilkan data jadwal dan harga pada maskapai pilihan anda.

Langkah ketiga. Silahkan pilih kelas dan harga pada pilihan yang masih tersedia lalu system akan menampilkan detail harga pada keterangan dikanan bawah halaman, seperti pada contoh dibawah ini.
Tiap maskapai mempunya ciri khas tersenidri untuk menampilkan harga. Jadi kenali sistem reservasinya terlebih dahulu.

Langkah keempat. Selanjutnya tekan tombol lanjutkan dan step berikutnya system akan menampilkan form untuk penginputan data detail penumpang, seperti pada contoh gambar dibawah ini.

Langkah kelima. Apabila step keempat telah diisi dengan benar maka selanjut silahkan tekan tombol yang tersedia lalu system akan menampilkan konfirmasi final data penumpang yang akan berangkat, seperti pada contoh gambar dibawah ini.
- Langkah keenam. Bila proses kelima telah anda review dan data sudah benar silahkan tekan tombol next. Pada step ini anda telah menyelesaikan proses transaksi booking tiket pesawat anda.

Selanjutnya untuk menyelesaikan transaksi booking ke proses issued yaitu melalui menu transaksi ticketing dihalaman akun anda. Silahkan pilih data booking yang akan di issued seperti contoh gambar dibawah ini.

System akan menampilkan data booking yang anda lakukan sebelumnya dari data penumpang hingga jadwal penerbangannya. Silahkan cek ulang data tersebut pastikan data sudah benar sebelum menekan tombol issued, dan apabila data booking sudah benar silahkan tekan tombol issued seperti pada contoh gambar dibawah ini.

- Pilih penumpang yang di refund

Catatan: Perubahan jadwal wajib melampirkan KTP penumpang.

Dari user panel klik kanan pilih Daftar Refund

- Status Request : masih dalam antrian
- Status Sudah di proses : sudah di ajukan ke maskapai tetapi masih menunggu konfirmasi atau pencairan hasil refund dari maskapai
- Status sudah terbayar : refund sudah di top up ke saldo, silakan cek saldo di Mutasi
